1. Participant Cancellation
- Cancellations before the workshop start date may be considered for refund only at management discretion.
- No refunds once the workshop has commenced.

No refund will be provided if the participant fails to attend after successful registration.
3. Organizer Cancellation

- A full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
